The website assistant

The assistant answers common questions from our public service guide. Your questions are processed in your browser; they are not sent to our lead database or an external AI service. The conversation stays in this page and clears when you start a new chat or reload. Avoid entering passwords, payment details, or confidential information.

Project requests

The project-request form collects your name, business, work email, service interests, project details, budget preference, timing preference, and agreement to be contacted. Requests are saved in our restricted lead workspace so we can respond and discuss a scope. Submitting does not subscribe you to marketing emails or book an appointment. For abuse prevention, we temporarily retain a salted cryptographic hash of the network address and request counters; the raw address is not stored in this form’s database.

Appearance preference

If you choose Light or Dark viewing, that preference is saved in your browser’s local storage. Auto follows your device setting. This preference is not a visitor identifier and is not sent to our lead database.

Contacting us directly

If you email contactme@SykesInnovations.com, we receive the information you include in that email. We use it to respond to your inquiry, discuss your goals, and explore potential services. Emailing us does not sign you up for a marketing newsletter.

Client and business workspace records

Authorized staff may record client contacts, service needs, project links, follow-up notes, opportunities, signed agreement dates, and agreed values to manage business relationships. The owner assigns view or edit access by workspace section. Owner drafts and access settings remain restricted to the owner. Team access records retain the authorized email, assigned permissions, and connected website identity. Linked creative files remain with their external provider; we do not upload those files through this website.

Existing inquiry records

Previously submitted consultation requests and business contacts may be kept in our private lead workspace to follow up on inquiries. That workspace requires authorized sign-in and is separate from the public website. The previous website consultation form is no longer accepting submissions.

Hosting and protection

Technical hosting providers process network and request information to deliver and protect the website. The site does not include advertising trackers or payment processing. Our service guide bot does not collect contact details or book appointments.

Website traffic

We keep aggregate daily page-view counts to understand how the public website is used. Counts are grouped by page, broad referral source, and device category, and cover a rolling 90-day reporting window. Older counts are cleared as new visits are recorded. We do not store IP addresses, full referral URLs, search terms, or visitor identifiers in this report, and no analytics cookies are used. Counts may include visits from automated tools and repeat visits. The report is restricted to the private workspace.
